What are the advantages of Face yoga?

Face exercises: we all know that muscles in the body need toning through exercise, but so do the 57 muscles of the face and neck. When you lift and plump the muscles of your face, you also smooth wrinkles, obtain fuller cheeks, eradicate double chin, lift the corners of your mouth, and sculpt your face.


Circulation: the more your muscles are toned and fit the better your circulation is. This helps your body produce more collagen and hyaluronic acid and prevents lymph from accumulating in the body.


Acupressure points: to help the skin look glowing and healthy, it has many deeper benefits for wellbeing and health too.


Face relaxation: some muscles need to be relaxed, as this can help overall wellbeing and comfort as well as reduce and prevent repetitive stress-related expression lines.
